With 22 years of human resources and talent acquisition leadership experience, Jason Buss is a recognized expert with deep experience in identifying, recruiting and hiring high-performing teams. He is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for MongoDB.

Ryan Stene, a proven recruitment strategist, is the Talent Acquisition Capability Manager with Best Buy. With more than 12 years of recruitment marketing, strategy and technology experience, he has worked with some of the largest brands in the US. Ryan and his team are responsible for the recruiting operations at Best Buy, which include all processes (corporate, retail, university and executive recruiting), vendor management, employment branding, recruiting technology and attraction strategy for both Corporate and Retail groups.
Ryan is in the area he feels most passionate about, consulting and helping Best Buy recruit better, smarter and more effectively. Ryan brings a consultative approach and understanding what makes them unique and drives to enhance and evolve their recruitment strategy. Ryan develops recruitment media solutions that are both strategically focused and tactically driven.
